At Close Corporation “Tulaelectroprivod” the production of small-sized electric actuators for ball valves with internal diameter DN 15…32 mm and torque on the handle up to 10 Nm was arranged.
Electric actuators may be delivered with stop or switching (three-way) ball valve. The installation of the actuator on the operating ball valve is possible.
At a customer's request the electric actuator may be supplied with a synchronous electric motor of alternate current (50 Hz) for 220, 110, 24, 12 V or direct current for 24 or 110 V. Opening (closing) time of ball valve is from 8 to 30 seconds depending on the version. The electric actuator weight is not more than 1,8 kg.
The electric actuator has a mechanic anti-overloading safety coupling and handwheel, which is attached hard to the ball valve spindle. The ball valve extreme positions are limited by rests and the stop occurs by microswitches command.
