Workmanship Contest (18.04.2006)

The workmanship contest among workers of various professions has taken place in our town for the 4th consecutive time enjoying the support of Labour Authority and Industry Authority of Tula Region.

In this connection the region contest “The Best Pro” came about among lathe operators and milling-machine operators of the region engineering plants on April, 15th in the area of CC Tulaelectroprivod.

When opening the contest the director of Region Industry Authority V.G. Kovalev said: “We are received at one of the best enterprises in our region.”

Indeed, a great spade-work forewent the contest in which almost all offices of our enterprise participated along with the representatives from Governor Machinery of Tula, Leninsky District Administration, and Tula Trade Union Committee. There were preparations of methodic materials, machinery and others, and as a consequence of it the visitors noticed high level of the organization and holding of the contest.

The contest consisted of two stages: theoretical and practical, that is to machine parts according to the given drawings. The contest jury included the experienced inspectors of technical control department, technologies and engineers, representatives of the trade unions. The participants were the best workers of the regional plants, the winners of zonal contests, carried out in municipal establishments of Tula Region.

After sizing up the contest jury emphasized the satisfactory preparation of all the participants, but the representatives of Alexin plants (“Tjazhpromarmatura” and Experimental Mechanical plant), JSC “Transmash” (Belevsky district), our enterprise and plants of Uzlovsky and Kireevsky Districts of Tula Region.

The winners of CC Tulaelectroprivod were a lathe oprator M.I.Kochetkov and a milling-machine operator D.I.Alekhin.

As per results of the contest all the winners were awarded with valuable prizes. All the rest participants were given presents as well. At present our winners are in for the next important stage – participation in interzonal federal contest.
