Electric Actuators of ÝÏÏ series. General Technical Characteristics.

Mechanical Characteristics:

Switch-off Force: 4500-30000 N.
Working Stroke: 25-170 mm.
Rod Conveying Speed: 10, 16, 20, 32, 40 mm/min.
Reducing Coupling Screw: M10, M12, or M14..
The electric acusator ensures safe operation in any spatial position.
Position fixing of the output element in case there’s no supply voltage.
Intermittent startup mode with frequent startups, the duty cycle (DC) being no longer than 25% of the load duration which never exceeds 10 min. The startup frequency can be:

320 startups per hour max, the average value of the loading force within the motion sector not exceeding the nominal value (mode S4-DC 25%, 320 startups per hour);
630 startups per hour max, the average value of the loading force within the motion sector not exceeding 75% of the nominal value (mode S4-DC 25%, 630 startups per hour).

Inaccuracy of the power switch actuation (deviation of the actual force within the output element actuating the switch from the force value set in the process of adjustment) does not exceed ±10% of the set upper level of the power switch.
Inaccuracy of the position switches actuation (deviation of the actual position of the output element at the moment of the switch actuation from the position set in the process of adjustment) does not exceed ±0.4 mm.

Electrical Characteristics:

relay control: commands (“open”, “close”) are issued by means of energization (220V, 50Hz) of one of paired cables within the three-wire system;
logical control: commands (“open”, “close”) are issued by means of low-level logical signals (0-24 V, 24 mA) through the three-wire line;;
current control: positioning the output element of the electric actuator by means of current analogous signals (4-20 mA).

Protection of the electric actuator motor from thermal overloads by means of bimetallic safety device.
To prevent condensate accumulation there is a special heater in the electric actuator.

Service Conditions

Sound-pressure level of the electric actuator within 1 m. from its body during idle strokes does not exceed 62 dB.
Provided normal functioning of the electric actuator noise level does not exceed the standard envisaged for type «Á» according to GOST R 51522-99.
The level of protection from penetration of impurities and water complies with the requirements of IP54 level according to GOST 14254-96.
The above mentioned parameters are effective for nominal working values of mechanical external actions for the M6 mechanical version group complying with GOST 17516.1.
The service conditions correspond to Ó2 climatic version and dislocation category of the electric actuator (working conditions) according to GOST 15150 with the temperature range from -40C to +60C.
