ATOMCON 2008:The Largest International Forum in the History of Nuclear Power Field Took Place in Moscow (07.07.2008)

More than 700 participants from 50 countries could visit the first International Forum ATOMCON 2008. It was organized by SBCD-Expo under the patronage of Rosatom and supported by IAEA.

Such large Russian and foreign companies as «Atomenergoprom», JSC, concern «Rosenergoatom», «Atomstroyexport», CC, «Tekhsnabexport», JSC, «TVEL», JSC, «Atomredmetzoloto», JSC, «Atomenergomash», JSC, «Atomenergoproect», JSC, FSUE «FRPC NIIIS», FSUE «VNIIA», «E 4 Group», JSC, «Silovye mashiny», LC, «Kazatomprom», NJSC, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, AREVA NP GmbH, AVEVA Group IT Services, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and others.

The vice-prime-minister Sergey Ivanov, the head of GC «Rosatom» Sergey Kirienko and the head of Rostekhnadzor Konstantin Pulikovsky took part in the official opening.

Sergey Ivanov mentioned that such an important international forum should demonstrate innovations of Russian nuclear industry, her readiness for the international cooperation in the interests of global economy development.

The vice-prime-minister assured that everyone interested could establish business contacts, discuss projects and complete agreements during the exhibition.
