Home \ \ Electric Actuator of EP4 Import-Substituting Series Was Tested in the Testing Laboratory of «Orgenergogaz», SOJSC (07.07.2008)
2-26, June, 2008 the acceptance tests of EP4 import-substituting series were carried out in the testing laboratory of the stop-regulating valves of branch «Orgenergogaz», SOJSC, «Saratovorgdiagnostika». The electric actuator is manufactured according to TC 3791-001-70780838-2005.
The electric actuator with the part-turn gear was tested with the ball valve DN 300 mm PN 10 MPa manufactured by «Tyazhpromarmatura», JSC (Alexin).
The results of the acceptance tests are following:
the life-time 2000 cycles corresponding to average life-time of the ball valve to general maintainance,
shiftling time in automatic mode -14 sec., in manual mode — 125 sec.,
hand-wheel rim effort — 13 kg.
As a result the electric actuator with the part-turn gear ready fitted meets the requirements OTC-3PA-98 and is recommended for using at the objects of «Gazprom», JSC.
