In January 2003 the quality management system (QMS) corresponding to the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2000 and GOST R ISO 9001-2001 was worked out, introduced and certificated at the enterprise.
October, 31st - Certificate GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001-2000) is received.
The quality management system (QMS) is documented: "The Management on quality" and methodological and working instructions are worked out.
At all stages of life cycle of production the following procedures are carried out:
- certification of technological processes pursuant to 09-10.02 RI;
- certification of technological processes of foundry pursuant to 09-01.01 RI;
- certification of special technological processes of application chemical and electrochemical coatings pursuant to 09-15.01 RI;
- certification of workplaces pursuant to 09-09 MI "The Order of carrying out of certification of workplaces ";
- the control of materials and completing parts pursuant to 10-04 MI "The Organization of the entrance inspection of completing parts and materials ";
- the technical control during manufacture according to the cards of the control and 10-07 MI " the Technical control during manufacture";
- tests of production according to programs and techniques of tests and 10-08 MI "The Order of test of electric actuators";
- certification of the test equipment pursuant to 11-01 MI " Metrological certification of not standardized means of measurement ";
- the control of the documentation pursuant to 05-07 MI "The Control of the designing and technological and normative documentation" and metrological examination pursuant to 11-06 MI "The Order of carrying out of metrological examination of technical documentation";
- Check of means of measurements and means of the control over schedules and pursuant to 11-03 MI "Checking of means of measurements and check of means of the control ", 11-04 MI " the Order of checking of the normal and special calibres made by tool department";
- the control of observance of technological discipline over schedules and pursuant to 09-20 MI "The Control of observance of technological discipline";
- check of the equipment on technological accuracy over schedules and pursuant to 09-14 MI "The Procedure for test of the equipment on technological accuracy ";
- Identification of production and forecasting pursuant to 08-01 MI "Identification of production and forecasting";
- internal audits of quality over the schedule and pursuant to 17-01 MI "Internal audit QMS".
