Policy of quality

The Board of Directors and the Management Board of CC "Tulaelectroprivod" consider their main mission in manufacturing the products corresponding to the requirements and expectations of Customer taking into account the other interested parties: shareholders, personnel, suppliers and society.

To attain this aim we plan our work according the following principles:

Customer orientation
Responsibility of the management body
Using processes' approach
Progressive improvement

We will achieve this aim if each person from the General Director to the employee will persistently and continuously solve the problems of quality.

The Board of Directors and the Management Board of CC "Tulaelectroprivod" declare their intention to follow the stated principles and call the personnel to do the same.
