Warranty Service
In case of defect appearance through ÑÑ “Tulaelectroprivod” fault during warranty period, free repair and change of defect details is performed. The plant ÑÑ “Tulaelectroprivod” reserves to itself the right to refuse in free warranty repair in the following cases:
- transportation, storage rules or operating conditions of the product are violated;
- a product has traces of improper repair, which was performed by a person, not authorized to render such kind of services;
- changes are made in the product design without permission;
- the product is counterfeit.
Service
Plant ÑÑ “Tulaelectroprivod” offers a wide range of services within the limits of after-sales service:
- technical service during precommissioning and qualified education of personnel during product mastering;
- inspection of installed equipment and change of obsolete;
- rendering technical assistance during repairs and delivery of spare parts;
- change of electric actuators on stop valves of foreign companies;
- transfer of manual stop valves to electric actuator.
After-sales service was performed at the following objects: “KazTransOil”, “Caspian Pipeline Consortium”, JSC “North Oil-Trunk Pipelines”, JSC “South-West Transnefteproduct”, etc. After-sales service group is ready to render technical assistance in any convenient time.
